Everything is of the highest quality and has been professionally decorated with state of the art appliances, custom made hand crafted furniture, and linens are included. It even has a parking spot. The balcony provides comfortable furniture and 2 lounge beds and a table that seats six so you can enjoy the view of the water and the grounds.

A list of local restaurants will be available in the room upon your arrival.

You can venture out one night if you like. Downtown Puerto Vallarta can be reached by car (20 minutes), water taxi (15 minutes), local bus (30 minutes), or taxi (approx. $15 USC each way). Please recheck fees as they do change sometimes.

If you are looking for a quick lunch while at the pool or on the beach there is a restaurant on site with waiters waiting too meet your food and drink needs.

Our Services

There is something for everyone at Playa Royale. Come and enjoy the sand, water, night life, and great beaches and weather. I am sure the vacation you are looking for is here. This is a very relaxing and incredible beautiful resort you won’t want to leave or the next time you come you will want to stay longer. The weather is always beautiful.
Located close by is Vallarta Adventures to expand your sightseeing with tours. They offer many different tours like canopy tours, zip lining, etc. and they also have swim with the dolphins at this location.

Late Check-Out

Whether your travel plans changed or something else came up, please ask us if we have availability to extend your stay in the room. If the room is available we can grant Late Check-Out or even early check-in and other amenities when you decide to stay with us.

Social Club*

Playa Royale is built by the owner of Paradise Village™ so he has offered a social club membership to the owners and renters. You must also be staying in the unit for 2 weeks in order to take out the social club. The fee allows you certain amenities and you can’t go on Paradise Village property unless you purchase this plan. This allows you access to the restaurants and bars on the Paradise Village property. You also have the following: Beach Club, free access to the golf club facilities, sports club, fitness center with Lifecycle machines, weights, free aerobics, spinning, Pilates, yoga and other classes, as well as men's and women's locker rooms, with towel, robe and slipper service, saunas, jacuzzi’s, steam rooms. spa facilities (treatments extra), Country Club, Lap pool, Marina slips rentals, Discount on fishing and aquatic sports rentals, Exclusive Owner Concierge service There is a Kids club at the sports center with a play area and large kids sized pool with fountains, slides and other water activities with the depth only 16 inches to allow kids of all ages to enjoy. The kids' locker rooms have child size toilets, showers, changing tables, etc. to make them feel right at home. Yes, there is golf for an additional charge at El Tigre which is a championship 18 hole golf course that will challenge the best person. One of our trained courteous bi-lingual customer service assistants will assist you with information about purchasing the social membership pass to gain access to the beach club, and sports center and restaurants in the Resort's and many facilities and amenities in the country club. The fee is regulated by the social club and you can join at the concierge desk. This service is collected by the concierge if it is something that you would like to join and has nothing to do with the rental of the unit.

Another 2 weeks of Paradise bliss. We loved our place. It is well equipped with everything. It is located near very good restaurants and the mall is close by. The view from the unit is fantastic and sitting on the balcony every evening is so peaceful. The staff at Playa Royale is wonderful and very helpful. The owners of this unit are very easy to do business with. Thank you, Pam and Bob. I hope I can rent from you again.

We have been to this property before and find it to be a great location! The staff is very helpful and nice. Shopping is within walking distance. A couple days before arriving we had asked the home owners if we would be able to get into the condo early since we were travelling with children. They were very accommodating. The condo was clean and ready for us. We spent the first week sharing the condo with our daughter and grandchildren. We were all very comfortable. Our grandchildren loved having their meals at the counter sitting on the bar stools. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked great! We also loved the screen door at the main entrance of the condo. Just enough air flow going through. This condo has a great view of the grounds, pool area and ocean. The patio furniture is very comfortable and a great place to relax when you aren't at the pool or beach. Although we didn't have any problems while we were at the condo we did have a question. The home owners were quick getting back to us. We definitely will be back.
